The Aero-Kit Aero-Lite™ Side Curtain System is one of the most versatility tarp systems on the market. Curtains slide easily along a heavy-duty, yet light weight extruded aluminum track, and can be opened from either end. The Aero-Lite™ system is suitable for all Drop Frame, Truck Body, and Flat Bed Applications.
In addition to keeping your load safe and dry the Aero-Lite Side Curtain System will make loading and unloading faster and easier allowing for more deliveries per day and therefore higher revenue. Driver safety is also key with the Aero-Lite System. The operator is always at ground level preventing injury from climbing on top of the trailer deck.
The Curtains
All curtains provide maximum load bearing strength. Constructed from 28 oz. Pvc tension fabric, with a high gloss urethane finish means durability and long
life. Available in a wide range of colours, the curtains can be printed with your company name and logo or maximize your marketing potential with high quality
four colour digital graphics.

The Superstructure
Roof construction consists of an all aluminum skin
with all aluminum roof bows. Also available is a
Kemlite roof when interior visibility is a priority
The heavy duty extruded curtain track is also our
full supporting roof rail. Vertical breakaway posts
provide support to the roof structure. They are
available as removable or fixed and are located
evenly along the trailer sides. Plymetal, F.R.P.,
Roll-upor Stainless Steel doors with single or double
locks allow for easy rear access. The front and rear
bulkheads and the roof are available in aluminum
frame, F.R.P. or stainless steel.
The Hardware
Stainless steel buckles, attached to
vertical load bearing P.V.C. straps, are
standard equipment for all Tuff-Lite Side
Curtain Systems, and are located on
24” c-c. The Easy Glide rollers are all
fitted with twin stainless steel track bearings.
