High-Strength Hinges
The LIDŽ's innovative hinges offer the following benefits:
Side-mounted hinges are better-protected against damage. Just 16 bolts are used to mount the hinges - requires less labour to install, Hinge locations can be moved around to accommodate obstructions other systems use fixed hinges.
Hinges can be lubricated by anyone - reduces maintenance costs.
Hydraulic Cylinder
No hydraulic pump required - The LIDŽ receives hydraulic pressure from the trailer's wet lines. The hydraulic cylinder actuates the opening and closing of the tarp frame. Aero-Kit uses a continuous drive shaft design instead of a "ladder" type design, This means a stronger system for you, and less susceptible to breakage and fatigue. This is much more stable and durable than competing systems.

Mechanical floating link assembly eliminates the need for costly rack and pinion gears.
